Overview: This project focuses on Quote & Contract generation using Conga Composer and Cloudsense CPQ for managing product basket flows. Responsibilities: Implemented Cloudsense CPQ for the product basket journey. Developed custom features using Aura components, Apex class, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, batch class, and scheduled classes. Utilized LWC framework for building customer utility applications, including Custom CSV data import. Handled the complete Quote life cycle and document generation using Conga Composer. Integrated external systems using REST API.

Overview: Managed Salesforce CRM customization and CloudSense CPQ for various entities including Raflatc, Biofuels, and Bio Medicals. Responsibilities: Led the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions, encompassing custom development, integrations, and data migration. Implemented CPQ customization using CPQ APIs and consumed third-party REST API services. Provided technical design and solutions for blockers, and worked extensively on Apex, Batch, Flows, workflows, Aura components, and LWC.

• Developed cloud-based software solutions for the hotel industry, including reservation systems (iHotelierm) and channel management.
• The project involved migrating classic components to Lightning and integrating with Zuora CPQ.
