Overview: This project involved providing support services for SAP FICO modules to Dabur Ltd, a leading Indian multinational consumer goods company. Responsibilities: Responsible for resolving tickets based on Service Level Agreements (SLA) in G/L, AP, AR, and Bank Accounting. Involved in the FFID and Change Request Process, and managed year-end and month-end business activities. Configured settings for Automatic Payment Program (APP) and Dunning procedures based on business requirements. Conducted Unit Testing and Integration testing for new configurations and provided training to end-users on FI transactions and S/4 HANA FICO topics.

Overview: This was an implementation project for Privi Biotechnologies Pvt.Ltd, a manufacturer of aroma and fragrance chemicals, focusing on SAP S/4 HANA FICO module setup. Responsibilities: Involved in baseline and final configuration of SAP FICO, including Chart of Accounts, Account Groups, and Field Status Group. Configured Document types, Number ranges, Financial Statements Versions, and House Bank Configuration with cheque lots. Performed data conversion for legacy data to SAP using LSMW and managed cut-over activities.

Overview: This support project involved assisting Nestle India Ltd, a subsidiary of Nestle SA, with their SAP S/4 HANA FI module operations. Responsibilities: Interacted with clients and end-users to update and resolve FI tickets in G/L, AP, and AR as per SLA. Created Change Requests based on user requirements and participated in weekly review meetings. Performed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provided optimal solutions.
