We built Witarist because the
average tech hire takes far too long.
In 2019, a senior dev role in India still meant 6–12 weeks of recruiter chatter, sourcing fees, scheduled-and-rescheduled interviews, and ghost candidates. We thought the model was broken — and that the broken part wasn't the candidates. It was the way teams were being introduced to them.
So we built Witarist around two things most agencies don't have: a partner network and a bench. We've quietly partnered with 900+ staffing agencies across India and run a payroll-employee bench in parallel — between them, almost every common tech requirement maps to a vetted candidate already on standby.
The result is the first qualified shortlist in 48 hours, interviews running by week's end, onboarding by the second week. We've made 230+ placements this way for fast-moving teams who needed a developer this-Wednesday, not next-quarter.
Two parallel pools.
One fast shortlist.
Agency partner network
900+ staffing agencies across Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Pune feed into one shared candidate database. When you brief us, we run your requirement against the entire network — not one recruiter's rolodex.
Payroll-employee bench
A core group of full-time developers on Witarist payroll, ready to deploy. Niche stacks (React, Node, Flutter, Shopify, Python, AI/ML) covered with people who've already been screened, vetted, and interviewed by us.
Pre-vetting funnel
Every candidate clears four stages — fundamentals, framework depth, system design, live coding round — before reaching your inbox. You only ever see the four or five who can actually do the role.
48-hour shortlist
First profiles in your inbox in 2 business days. Interviews by week's end. NDAs and IP transfer signed before code is written. Onboarding inside 14 days, with a 5-day replacement guarantee if it isn't a fit.
Four principles, every engagement.
The people you'll talk to.
Atul Parihar
Started Witarist in 2019. Owns the agency partner relationships, runs delivery commitments, and is on most kickoff calls. Believes the second project is when partnership starts paying off — so the first one has to be exactly right.
Shefali Goyal
Owns the technology platform, the vetting funnel, and the data layer that lets us match a brief to a candidate in hours. Personally signs off on the 4-stage vetting rubric every dev passes through before they reach a client.
