Our story

We built Witarist because the
average tech hire takes far too long.

In 2019, a senior dev role in India still meant 6–12 weeks of recruiter chatter, sourcing fees, scheduled-and-rescheduled interviews, and ghost candidates. We thought the model was broken — and that the broken part wasn't the candidates. It was the way teams were being introduced to them.

So we built Witarist around two things most agencies don't have: a partner network and a bench. We've quietly partnered with 900+ staffing agencies across India and run a payroll-employee bench in parallel — between them, almost every common tech requirement maps to a vetted candidate already on standby.

The result is the first qualified shortlist in 48 hours, interviews running by week's end, onboarding by the second week. We've made 230+ placements this way for fast-moving teams who needed a developer this-Wednesday, not next-quarter.
