Venezuela's fire safety compliance system was entirely manual. Building managers, facility owners, and inspectors relied on paper-based processes and spreadsheets. This created massive inefficiencies: inspections took hours to document, compliance records were scattered and inaccessible, and scaling across regions was nearly impossible.
Edalca was tasked with building a complete digital transformation—a platform that would digitize every aspect of fire safety inspection, documentation, and compliance tracking. The solution needed to handle complex regulatory requirements, serve multiple user types, and scale across Venezuela and the broader Latin American market.
