UI / UX Designer

Part-Time📍 Remote6 months – 2 years

Design dashboards and data-driven interfaces that turn complex workflows into something a user can actually run.

What you'll do

  • Design user-friendly dashboards and data-driven interfaces
  • Translate business + technical requirements into UI/UX solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups
  • Maintain consistency across visual elements and design standards
  • Iterate based on feedback and usability testing

What we're looking for

  • 6 months – 1 year of UI/UX design experience
  • Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent
  • Portfolio with dashboards, analytics interfaces, or data visualisations
  • Design systems, responsive design, user-centred principles

Bonus points

  • Basic HTML/CSS implementation knowledge

MERN Full-Stack Developer

Full-Time📍 Remote3+ years

Build production web apps and platforms on MongoDB, Express, React, Node. Architecture-level ownership, not just tickets.

What you'll do

  • Build web applications on the MERN stack
  • Work closely with designers, technical architects, and product
  • Maintain code quality, hit delivery schedules, follow secure-coding practices
  • Write unit and integration tests
  • Anticipate engineering challenges and ship corrections

What we're looking for

  • Full-stack experience with Node.js, React.js, MongoDB or MySQL
  • REST APIs on both ends of the stack
  • Solid algorithms + data-structures fundamentals
  • Curious about engineering, committed to continuous learning
  • Comfortable mentoring and reviewing junior teammates

Business Development Specialist

What you'll do

  • Generate and qualify leads, fill the sales pipeline
  • Initiate outbound communication with qualified leads
  • Research client needs, market trends, competitive dynamics
  • Present services professionally to senior buyers
  • Build proposals for existing and new clients
  • Maintain client relationships post-deal

What we're looking for

  • 3-4 years sales experience (BSc / BA / BTech)
  • Excellent business writing and fluent English
  • Strong email etiquette
  • Comfortable with senior executives at large companies
  • Empathetic communicator, results-oriented
